About Ryan

While leading a successful retail management career for Costco Wholesale and Lowes Home Improvement, Ryan’s faith-based values and genuine concern for the customer as an individual over the sale seemed misplaced. In late 2005 Ryan made the decision to resign his position at Costco Wholesale in Lake in the Hills, IL and relocated his family to Monticello, IN to begin a career in real estate.

In the spring of 2019 and following Ryan’s personal best year of sales with a successful local real estate company, his desire to serve the client over self in the best feasible way led him to partner with a local real estate competitor and friend whom he respects and who shares the same sense of purpose and integrity as myself. Together Michael Sims and Ryan co-founded the Redlow Group, joining one of the world’s leading real estate brands with the integrity that naturally flows from their faith and the philosophy that “their door is always open.”
