When we decided to sell our townhome, we chose Ryan as our real estate agent having seen where he had sold many other homes in and around the Villages of Riverwood and actually lived in the neighboring Magnolia Farms subdivision. We believed he probably knew the most about the homes there and could get the best price with his experience. We were not disappointed! We got a great price for our townhome and had to suffer through very little negotiation. Ryan and his team handled it all. The worst that could happen in a transaction like this is to be surprised or blindsided. That will not happen with Ryan. He is a great communicator and kept us in the loop with every step along the way. We highly recommend Ryan for your next real estate transaction!

There is a reason I used Ryan for both my home purchase (3 years ago) AND selling of said home! He stays on top of everything, communicates amazingly, and makes sure your needs and priorities are met 100%. My buyers were going at it by themselves and he took the time to talk to them and explain things and gain their trust to represent them as well making the process so seamless. If I hadn’t moved to a different state, I would keep him as my realtor for life!

On Monday night, after 3 days on the market (because I trusted him not to take first offers), during Easter weekend, we had 30 showings & 17 total offers.

My friend and realtor, Ryan Click knocked it out of the park, guided me through the process and negotiated the selected offer to a price I would not be anxious about since I was walking away from the highest offer. Those extra few thousands negotiated and the tactics he used to make the borrower feel okay with a few rounds of counters was top notch!

He knew what I would and wouldn’t give on, even as difficult as I can be (l was absolutely keeping my curtains, refrigerator and wall shelves) ... and he still got me more than I could DREAM OF!

I CANNOT sing his praises enough for his counseling, negotiation and help with this. I recommend him 20 out of 10 to everyone looking to sell or buy a home!
