We recently sold our house through Ryan. After meeting with Ryan earlier in the year to try and help make our decision.. we knew he would be our realtor once we were ready. We felt comfortable with him and he was very knowledgeable.
So when we where ready we called him back.
He gave us time to prepare and pack and once he put our house on the market, we had a buyer within three days. His advice was good and he was very responsive. We would recommend Ryan to friends and family. He will get the job done!!

Ryan was my real estate agent throughout the process of selling my mother’s condo and was present and helpful every step of the way. Ryan followed through with and contacted everyone who needed contacting, supplied me every Monday with weekly check-in’s, and lit fires under the seats of the buyer’s realtor to get things moving when necessary. I would absolutely recommend Ryan to anyone looking to list or buy a home.

I am so happy that we went with Ryan Degnan for selling and buying our house. We saw a couple of realtors before hand and no one was really "listening" to what we had to say. More concerned of selling our current house than helping us find our dream house. Ryan listened, we searched found our dream house and then sold our old house. I thank him all the time because I literally believe without him our dream home would have slipped away. He was on top of everything, even texting at night for last minute details and always kept me in the loop. I was nervous 3 offers went in on the house on the first day but with Ryan's fast negotiating skills, calm demeanor and knowledge we got it! I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.
