Ryan is the best. He paid attention to what I liked and what was most important for me in looking for a home. He is a very nice person as well. He was always helping me even after I purchased my home. He still checked up on me and helped me find a super awesome mailbox for it. He went out of his way. :-)

My realtor from San Diego introduced me to Ryan who also worked for Keller Williams in AZ. Ryan was so patient with me because I was not familiar with selling one home and buying another in a different State. He would send me properties to look at so I could have an idea of what was available. The day came, I drove to Yuma with all the properties I wanted to look at. He showed me the right homes because I was able to make a decision that day and start the Escrow process. Ryan is the realtor you need in making decisions to either buy or sell a home. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in every decision along the way. He continued to help me even when I closed as I ran into some problems with my new home before moving to AZ. Ryan is exceptional. He ultimately found the house we purchased. He found us a local lender which provided a lower interest rate. He kept us informed throughout the process. We did almost everything electronically. He even found us a carpet cleaner and house cleaner for the home we were vacating. He is on top of everything. I would use his services again!
