Ryan Hutsell

Ryan has been a part the Kansas City Community for 40 plus years. Ryan is a
licensed Realtor in both Kansas and Missouri. He has a bachelor’s degree in
Business with an emphasis in Information Technology from Ottawa University. Ryan
has worked for many large Fortune 500 companies over the years along with
entrepreneurial endeavors. With Ryan’s 40 plus years of living, working, playing
in Kansas City/Lake of the Ozarks, he has become extremely familiar with these
communities.

Ryan has always had a passion for Real Estate and being part of the Real Estate
Industry. He loves working with and talking with people to help them find, sale,
or invest in real estate. Ryan enjoys building trust with his clients and most
importantly building lasting partnerships with his clients.
