About Ryan

Ryan Long is a real estate broker and investor serving Corvallis, Albany, and the greater Willamette Valley with the Gillott Home Team at Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette. He grew up in Corvallis and comes from a real estate family - his parents, Pat and Sue Long, are both agents.

Ryan earned his bachelor's in Finance from the University of Oregon, where he was part of the cheerleading team, the Oregon Army National Guard, and the UO Investment Group. After graduating, he spent seven years in Portland, where he coached Portland State University's cheer team, co-founded an all-star gym, and performed on the Trail Blazers Stunt Team. From there he headed to Salt Lake City, working for Fidelity Investments, snowboarding powder days, and earning his MBA from the University of Utah before moving back to the Willamette Valley in 2017.

With nine years of experience and around 200 transactions across Benton, Linn, and the surrounding counties, Ryan is a Zillow Top Agent and an active real estate investor. He owns and manages six furnished rentals in the area, which he makes available to clients before, during, and after their transactions - because moving is stressful enough without worrying about where you're going to sleep.

Ryan co-founded the Willamette Valley Real Estate Investors (WVREI) group to connect local investors and grow the community. You might also know him from his LiveCorvallis videos or his occasionally ridiculous listing videos.

Outside of real estate, Ryan has traveled to 52 countries across six continents and is a serious bikepacker. He's completed the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, the Baja Divide, and the Tuscany Trail and was the proud last-place finisher of the 1,000 Mile Adventure - an endurance race across the mountains of Czechia and Slovakia. When he's not working, you can usually find him visiting his brother and four nieces and nephews in Tuscany or seeing family in San Diego.
