About Ryan

Ryan Mahan moved to Mt. Washington Valley in 2001 and began a 22 year career in teaching at Kennett High School. In 2009, amid a growing family, Ryan coupled teaching with residential real estate services. In 2014 Ryan opened his own ME/NH brokerage named Saco Valley Real Estate. The company name was inspired by the Saco River that begins in the N.H White Mountains and courses its way through Maine to the Atlantic ocean. Ryan feels blessed to have community on both sides of the state line and a place that accommodates his love for the outdoors. Ryan's sales experience spanned over the state of ME, his native roots, to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and Mt. Washington Valley. Ryan's sales experience includes primary homes, investment properties, condos, and Ryan has commercial experience with his own investments.
