Ryan Pennington

Ryan’s curiosity about complex systems and how things work drew him to study biology at the University of Montana. Ryan joined Savoy in 2012 after spending more than a decade in Portland, Oregon, working with entrepreneurs and developers to create successful projects.

At Savoy, Ryan is known for being a visionary who is grounded in the details. He’s someone who is willing to take calculated risks – enthusiastic about opportunities and not afraid to jump into the details and really analyze things. Ryan is responsible for business development, strategic growth, brand management, and designing systems and processes to scale the business.

Outside the office, Ryan serves as board president of the Montessori Training Center of St. Louis and Montessori Lab School at Grand Center and is a board member of Birdies4BiPolar.
