About Ryan

Ryan Poland was born and raised in Ravenna Ohio, is a graduate of Ravenna High School as well as a 2013 graduate of Kent State University’s College of Business where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

He attended Hondros College of Business in 2013 where he took his real estate classes and was licensed in late January 2014. Ryan has been with Jack Kohl Realty since being licensed and has worked very hard to become a multi-million-dollar producer and the top producer at Jack Kohl Realty. He has won the Rookie of the Year Award (2015), Professional of the Year Award (Bronze Level) every year since 2014 and was awarded the Rising Star Award by the Portage County Association of Realtors. Ryan also won The Record Courier's Best of The Best award in 2019, and 2020 in addition to winning Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction in 2020.

Ryan resides in Ravenna and is highly active in the community. He has served on various boards and committees including the Portage County Association of Realtors RPAC committee (past), Community Outreach Committee (past), Care with Coats Committee (past), Awards Review Committee (past), Ravenna Tomorrow (past), Main Street Steering committee (past), Ravenna City Council Charter review committee (past), Art on Main, The KRI Scholarship Fund, Main Street Business Enhancement Committee, and The Ravenna United Fund.
