I can now finally say that I am a first time home buyer. :) it can be a stressful time when looking for a house, and the entire process can be overwhelming. In the real estate market right now, it can feel impossible for a house to be had when there are an abundance of cash offers and prices of houses have been raised. And therefore, one needs a real estate agent that will be ready with everything needed, when a house comes available. I found Ryan after not having this kind of help from another agent. It was truly smooth right from the start once Ryan came into the picture. Not only was he ready with the paperwork when the right house presented itself, he was calm, reassuring, and genuine. He did everything he could past the point of submitting the application to help my prospects of being the one chosen. Boy, it was an intense few days to wait until I heard the news, but Ryan was there throughout to offer positive support, and when we got the YES, he let me know with a drum roll text. Not only is Ryan professional, organized and a hard worker, but he is kind, genuine, fun-loving, and truly in his heart. He is in this business because he cares about people and wants them to enjoy the experience of owning their own home. You can feel this right from the start. He was still with me through the process, even after my offer was accepted, right until the very end. I wouldn’t choose anyone else for future real estate needs!

Ryan Powers and staff are professional and very in tune to our needs. We connected with Ryan the minute my husband and I met him. It was as if he could read our minds. We are from WV and initially were looking for a vacation home. After looking at a few homes and getting an idea of what we wanted, Ryan said”I have one more place to show you”. It was exactly what we wanted and we loved it for 5 years. Our family grew and we decided we need a larger home with hopes of moving there permanently some day. We contacted Ryan and he did not disappoint. He showed us 3 new homes next to each other and again he knew just what we wanted. We purchased our home and he worked hard to sell our first home at the beginning of the Covid crisis.
