Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He was always in constant communication with us and was available to always answer our question quickly when they would arise. He takes the no pressure approach when purchasing a home and most of all he wants to see his customers in a place that works for them. His knowledge and advise is spot on in the real estate market. As we approached the finish line of purchasing the property we had found the seller was unwilling to fix a few things that had been discovered in the home inspection. Ryan went out of his way to give us a credit for closing cost to make us feel more comfortable about the purchase. Who does that! goes to show you his integrity and generosity and wants the best for his customers. I highly recommend Ryan and the service he provides you when you are ready to purchase or sell a property. He will look out for your best interest and take good care of you. We will definitely use him again when the time comes.

Bought a house built in 1904; which I absolutely love! I could not have asked for a better realtor and team. Ryan, efficiently and expertly help me navigate through all the inspections. Ended up with a very difficult VA inspector which led to multiple visits to the county office to schedule additional inspections and obtain letters to appease the inspector. Ryan went out of his way to make sure all of this is done and I could close in under 30 days.

I found Ryan to be ethical, motivated and conscientious. He was prepared at all times, responded to calls and texts immediately and kept us apprised of all details and processes. His advice was on target, his plan when listing our home resulted in four offers within the first three days on the market. Ryan has been working with us for 8 months to find a second home after ours was lost in the Caldor Fire. It is not easy working with a client living 2.5 hours away. He has, always, graciously been available at a moments notice to arrange a showing (probably eight, so far). He has vigorously protected our interests and done a lot of extra footwork on properties we made offers on, but that we, ultimately, rejected. He has dug his truck out of a snow drifts to allow us to see a property in a neighborhood that was completely snowed in. Gracious, patient, and professional; we will stick with Ryan as long as he'll have us and until we get the job done. This will be our sixth house purchase, so we have had a lot of experience.

It was a real pleasure working with him through my daughters first time home buying experience. So if you’re looking for an enjoyable and seamless experience through this process, Ryan is your guy. Ryan and his team are very professional, punctual, and dedicated to delivering no matter what it takes. He went out of his way to meet us at several homes throughout the process with only a moments notice. I’m not going to lie.. we can be pretty demanding and extremely critical at times, for good reason.. it’s a home purchase. I met Ryan after my Son had said that he was setting up properties for us to see. From the beginning I knew that Ryan was an absolute upstanding guy in his field. We looked at maybe 5-7 properties each time and he never pushed us on timing and let us really look at each place with no pressure at all. When the first property we tried to buy fell through ( seller wouldn't budge on repairs) he never once made us feel that he wasted his time and just kept in touch as he new what my Sons wants and needs were in his first home. Working with Ryan has been a journey.
My family and I started looking for a home to purchase a few months back not really knowing what we wanted except, that our home had to be a three bedroom.
My husband seen a home he liked online, called up the listing agent, and that is how we met Ryan. From day one, Ryan has been very attentive to our needs as his clients and as a family. He was then and continues to be transparent and honest with us regarding our wants as buyers and what we can expect in this current market. There were times when I became extremely frustrated with the looking process because of what was out there, a lack thereof, and constantly being outbid, but Ryan remained optimistic and continued to encourage myself and my family to continue looking because " We're gonna find the perfect for your family," AND HE WAS RIGHT!!
To date, my family is in the final process of closing on a home that is actually four bedrooms with everything that we wanted and more. Truthfully, I don't think if we were to work with another realtor that they would possess the same level of patience that Ryan demonstrated with our family. Through budget changes, location hopping and a couple of breaks in between, Ryan's disposition, loyalty, and interaction/communication with us as clients did not degrade. In fact, everything remained intact and we have grown closer because of it.
So to Ryan, thank you for working with my family although I know we were very difficult at times AND were your longest "lingering" clients, You never made us feel pressured, or like we were just another paycheck. You genuinely cared for our family and we love you because of it. I thank the Lord for you because of Him and your excellence our family will be moving into our 1st home.
