They were very transparent during the whole process and they made sure that I had all the information I could need to make informed decisions. Ryan was great to work with from the very beginning. When I first asked him to present an offer for the property, I was pleasantly surprised how fast the offer was presented. The follow up counter process wax also fast and professional. Ryan was always responsive when I had questions about the property. He also was able to get answers from the title company regarding closing details.
Overall, I would highly recommend Ryan as a buyers agent for any real estate transaction. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan and Shannon are second to none! They are an outstanding team and I highly recommend their services!! We moved across country from SC to MT with four kids so things were stressful and difficult to say the least. However, Ryan and Shannon worked tirelessly to make sure we were able to get into to right house in this crazy market! I literally lost count of how many houses Ryan submitted our offers on but he never stopped until we were in our new home! To top off everything, when we asked if there was a way we could include our kids in the closing process, Shannon put together the sweetest "closing contract" for each of our kids to sign and keep! They still talk about how awesome it was that they also signed papers for our new home! You will NOT be disappointed with the service you receive from this amazing team!

Shannon did an amazing job with our real estate transaction. Her knowledge of the local market conditions was extremely helpful. Shannon guided us as far as what we needed to do to purchase a home in an extremely competitive market. Her guidance helped us get our offer accepted despite a multiple offer situation. I saved Ryan‘s initial letter which offered to take care of my place in my absence because it was very cordial and noncoercive

After I contacted him having decided to sell, he was very cooperative and when I wish to postpone the sales date because Covid had just become a pandemic, he went along very easily with my wishes.

Then during the actual transaction itself, he seem to find buyers and kept me posted in a very timely and forthright manner
