If you’re working with Ryan to purchase your new home you couldn’t have chosen a better agent. Ryan is knowledgeable, respectful, organized, communicates everything clearly and well. He is definitely on your side and not after getting paid by pushing you to close on a house you probably shouldn’t. He is very supportive if you need help with something. When you contact him if he doesn’t respond right away be worried because something might be wrong with him as he always reply instantly. If you are looking for a great agent Choose Ryan. I can say much more but no time right now. I will return for a more detailed review of my experience working with Ryan to purchase our home.

If you are looking to buy a home or rent you NEED Ryan. He was amazing throughout the entire hectic process. He helped me and my boyfriend rent a beautiful condo. He was the liaison between us and the homeowner. He never pressured us or made us feel bad when we asked so many questions. He took care of everything so we didn’t have to. Ryan Sylvestri is the best possible Real Estate Associate you could ask for. He helped us buy our house and then sell our condo and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Our family had pretty specific needs within a small geographic radius and he still found us the perfect house. He has an unbelievable work ethic and hustled 7 days a week at all hours for us. He must've taken us to 20+ showings, many of which were on a couple hours notice. During showings he was highly involved in making sure it was a good house. He has a contractor/inspector's eye and would inspect places we wouldn't have thought of to look to find mold and other negatives we might've been surprised by after a closing. We were not easy decisive clients during the house hunting process and his patience was amazing. Once we decided on a house we liked he gave great advice on how to make the offer and we ended up paying 6% lower than the listed price the first time we saw it. The purchasing process is never easy and he stayed involved way beyond what's expected of an agent to make sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.

When it was time to list our condo he knew exactly how to price it to create a high level of demand. We had 20 showings and 10 offers over the first four days and an accepted offer 6 days after listing. The final price was all cash 10% over list and 26% higher than what we paid for it only 2 years earlier. Full credit goes to Ryan and his listing strategy. During the selling process Ryan once again went beyond what's reasonably expected of an agent to get us to closing as quickly as possible. When the town surprised us by holding up title search with a building inspection, Ryan called the town himself and had the inspector at our condo IN ONE HOUR. He knew we were paying two mortgages and cared enough to try and move the sale along as quickly as he could.

During this time he also sold my parents house and the experience was very similar to ours: immediate high demand, a lot of offers and an accepted offer 6 days after the listing for 4% over list price. I was not involved in this transaction but it happened very quickly with no hiccups.

My family had three complicated transactions that probably should've taken a year and it ended up taking 6 months. That wouldn't have happened without Ryan. We are extremely grateful for his excellent work and should the need ever arise again we'd only consider him. I strongly recommend him to anybody who needs a hard working, caring real estate associate who gets exceptional results.

It was by chance encounter that I started working with Ryan; I don’t think I could have found better. From our introduction, Ryan was prompt and friendly, not to mention a wealth of knowledge which, as a first time home buyer, was invaluable. Ryan walked me through every step of the home buying process and was able to suggest a number of professionals within his network — all of whom were just as professional as he was. There were a couple of times that he went out of his way to accommodate something around an odd hour in my schedule, and he did so without hesitation. He was patient, attentive, and made absolutely certain that I understood every piece of paperwork before I signed it. If I ever buy another property, I will only go through Ryan. I seriously cannot recommend him enough!

Working with Ryan was pleasure, he managed to keep our entire process on track while simultaneously selling our old home and buying our new home right through both closings. Ryan's breadth of knowledge gives him a very good eye in finding the strong points and weak points in a property and he helped us find the house that was right for us in a very competitive market; he knew what we were looking for and was out front in guiding us to properties that we would seriously consider. Ryan is professional, responsive, and just an all around nice person; my family and I would all recomend him highly.

Ryan was Absolutely wonderful. As a first time home buyer, he was extremely helpful in every aspect. He is very patient with the excessive phone calls and answered questions he probably didn’t have to. He helped us visualize our family in our new home prior to us buying it.
