We bought our house in Temecula and are really thankful to have had Ryan as our agent. Temecula was new to us and besides being a real estate agent, Ryan also acted as our local guide for all things Temecula. That really helped us get to know the city and the idea of moving there.

As a real estate agent, Ryan of course knows all that goes to help buy a house and the paperwork. The plus points are his personality to connect with people which is such an important thing when negotiating prices with sellers and working with the seller’s agent and the escrow people. Cheerful, friendly and prompt communicator.

What makes him really stand out in this business is the personal care and acting in our interest. During the escrow process, while we were in San Diego, Ryan was in Temecula arranging and also being present for all inspections. Then working with the vendors to get quotes for any repair work so we could effectively negotiate with the house seller. Honestly, due to all his care and effort, it felt like Ryan was buying his own house rather acting as our agent.

Hands down, he is THE BEST!
We are so lucky to have found him and buying in Temecula would not have possible without him.

Ryan absolutely deserves a 5 star rating for his help with all aspects of our recent home sale in Escondido. He understands the local real estate market very well, so advised us to list the property at a price that attracted many buyers right away.

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!! We were able to sell our home within 5 days of being on the market, and Ryan was there every step of the way! Anytime I needed to reach out to him, he responded right away, and if he was busy at the time I contacted him, he would always acknowledge that he received my messages and would get back to me before the end of the day.
