Our family highly highly recommends Ryan to help you sell your vacant land or home. The project was a difficult one in that we needed to split 12 + acres into four total lots, and also sell a solo 1 acre lot. The property was previously listed on the market for years and never sold so we were hesitant going into everything. Low and behold, Ryan being a local Taoseno himself immediately provided contact information for various resources around the community such as road contractors, Taos county employees, utility workers and he helped us communicate with them throughout the entire project. It's no easy task to split lots these days, build a quarter-mile road, and add utilities down the road, but in working with Ryan it was a breeze. Not only that, Ryan spent time to put together beautiful listings to convey the true beauty of our family land which helped us sell them for the right value. No need to look further than Ryan when looking for a realtor who truly cares about his clients, community and Northern New Mexico.

We recently worked with Ryan to purchase a home in the Taos area. We could not have been luckier to work with him. He has a great knowledge of the area and was always very responsive via text, email, and calls when I had questions or issues arose throughout the process. He helped us through a tricky situation with a rejected inspection for the first home we were under contract on and then quickly helped us find another place. He also walked us through the closing process and made sure everything needed for the title company was in place. As a local he has also given us great recommendations on things to do in the area. We will absolutely work with Ryan in the future for any real estate needs of ours!

Ryan offered solid support and guidance through my first home buying journey. There were many anomalies and unprecedented challenges, but Ryan was always honest, communicative, and supportive. I appreciated his willingness to creatively solve problems and his attempts to be proactive. The process took much longer than it should have and there were many unforeseeable obstacles, but at the end of the day I trusted that Ryan was doing everything he could to get my fiancé in our new home and one cannot ask for more than that. First and foremost, I am grateful to Ryan on helping us purchase our future vacation home in Angel Fire, NM. It was what seemed a long process, however, Ryan was on top of everything from making calls, sending emails, making new amendments, and keeping the sellers calm to meet both the seller and our needs. It was an incredible journey and honestly don't think we would of had a happy ending if it weren't for Ryan and his patience. We all learned something new from this experience. Truly grateful. If I could, I would give Ryan 10 stars but it stops at 5 here! I met Ryan online, a lucky day for us. He immediately followed with a phone call and then information about listings in the Taos area. When we set our dates to visit Taos, he quickly made arrangements for us to tour properties and, being a Taoseno, gave us welcome insight to this beautiful area. He gladly and efficiently scheduled viewings, which was not easy with COVID, and in a short time frame. He was able to give us detailed information about each property and for some, a little history about the architect and its construction. He diligently walked us through what to expect for closing and kept us constantly informed about the process. When we narrowed down our list, he patiently helped us through the negotiations and then the inspection process. We learned closing takes a long time, but he kept us updated. Ryan became a friend to the family and we so admire his hard work ethic and love for the community. We thank him for making the purchase of our beautiful Pueblo home with its gorgeous mountain views come to reality!

Working with Ryan on the purchase of my first home felt like hitting the realtor lottery. We were not local to Taos and decided that, rather than continue to rent and flush money in a major metro as we worked from home, we would buy a home in Taos and ride out the pandemic from a beautiful and historic mountain village.

Well, Ryan took our situation in stride and gave me walkthroughs on Facetime and helped me get acquainted with the area through in-depth discussions over the phone.

Once we finally landed on the right house, working with him up-leveled even further. We communicated via text at any time, we hopped on calls whenever I had a question, and his ease with email, Google Drive, e-signatures, etc. made this process much easier than I could have anticipated.

In addition to his working process, he is a many-generations Taoseño. HIs deep family roots in the community allowed us to get any plumber, contractor, inspector, lender, etc on the line within hours. These relationships also helped grease the wheels in cases where, without his help, the process would have been delayed and taken much longer than necessary.

All in all: we're now settled into a historic adobe home a mile from town and we wouldn't be here without Ryan's guidance. I continue to be thankful to him (and hit him up for local recommendations!) and look forward to having a new friend in town. If you have the chance to work with Ryan, do not hesitate!

Ryan helped me buy my first home in Taos and he made the whole process a stress-free breeze! His roots in Taos go back several generations so he has a native's familiarity with the community, the real estate market in this area, and the contacts needed (home inspectors, etc.) to make the home purchase process a smooth and easy experience. I was moving to Taos from out-of-state and he was always responsive by text, phone and email to answer questions and arrange showings (both in-person and virtual via Zoom). He kept me apprised of all deadlines I needed to meet in moving from making an offer to final purchase agreement and as a new buyer, I relied on him completely to guide me through all the steps of home purchase. In the end, I felt I had made a new friend in Taos. Thank you, Ryan!

My husband and I can't speak highly enough of our experience working with Ryan Trujillo. We were first-time property buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He was honest, hardworking and found solutions to any concern that came up. Ryan's intimate knowledge of the Northern New Mexico gave him the ability to provide place based insight into the pros and cons of each property we were considering.

When we made our decision to put in an offer, Ryan worked hand and hand with the seller's agent to negotiate realistic terms and disclose any aspects that we hadn't thought of. Ryan helped us navigate a long-distance condo purchasing experience and now we have our own slice of mountain life! There were some bumps along the way but Ryan stuck with us and never waivered in his positivity and enthusiasm! We first met with him in December. Due to the pandemic, we had not been able to make multiple visits, so Ryan drove to numerous properties for virtual walk-thrus that ultimately landed us on the place we made our own! Although we haven’t found our gem in the Taos area yet, Ryan has been working tirelessly with us since early December 2019. When we came out to meet him for the first time, he worked hard to work with our schedule and met with us on two separate days in several different areas to view properties. It was immediately clear that Ryan personally loves the area around Taos and appreciates the special place that it is. We love and enjoy all that the Enchanted Circle has to offer and appreciate that he does too. Ryan has taken the time to understand what we are looking for in a property, even though that has evolved over the last few months. Since we are a number of hours away (and unable to travel at this time due to the restrictions), Ryan has been able to continue to gather information on properties we are interested in and is always willing to put his eyes on listings for us. He has been resourceful using virtual tours or taking video when there is limited cell service. He has worked extremely hard for us to this point and we are confident that working with Ryan, we will find our place in the Taos area very soon! We truly appreciate his love for the area, enthusiasm and work ethic!

Ryan Trujillo is an outstanding and professional realtor. He helped us find our home in Taos, NM while we were in Alpine, TX. He went above and beyond -all with grace, humor and high competence. He scheduled perfectly executed virtual tours, and tracked through mud and snow. The market in Taos had limited inventory and homes were going into contract within hours. We had very specific needs (kids, pets, etc.) and tastes we wanted for our home; all within a budget, of course. We also had a tight timeline. Ryan managed it all perfectly. He found us a beautiful, artistic, adobe home in excellent condition designed by the renowned Taos designer Nona Wesley. He was patient, listened carefully, and spoke to us truthfully without spin. He researched anything he didn’t know quickly, solicited advise from his team and communicated with us constantly. He could not have been any more responsive. I will always highly recommend Ryan. Awesome is an over used word but Ryan was truly awesome. We were in a time crunch to get to Taos and Ryan made it all happen. We are 2 higher education professionals who have owned homes in Texas, California and Alaska. This was by far the best experience.
