My online offers listing option for home Sellers at Welcome Home Offers has revolutionized the industry of real estate sales, bringing forth a variety of improvements over the traditional listing methods. My advertising strategy generates 10X -50X as much Buyer activity at my open houses, through showings, views and saves on leading real estate websites. Because my listings are getting 10X -50X the amount of views and saves on Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com, my listings are search engine optimized, and more likely to appear on the front page of searches on leading real estate websites! While many traditional listing agents charge 6% Seller-paid commission, I charge 0-3% Seller-paid commission. I give my Sellers the choice to have the Buyer compensate their own agent or compensate all of the agents involved in the transaction!
