We bought our first home 7 years ago and I must have blocked most of that entire experience out because I felt like I was completely starting over when we decided to sell our home over the summer. We'd never bought and sold a home at the same time and needed someone who could help us navigate the process. Ryne was willing to talk us through both sides step by step so we were comfortable with no pressure to choose him as our realtor. He was very responsive when we inquired about homes we wanted to see, and I'm confident that he's the reason we our offer was chosen on our new home (we ended up in a multi-offer situation). He helped us find our dream home quickly and was just as quick to ease our minds when we no doubt freaked out about having to list our home quickly as a result. It all happened very fast and he was responsive, kind, and helpful. Thanks to him, I'm literally typing this review from my dream home. :)

I cannot imagine what house-hunting would have looked like without Ryne. As a full-time small business-owner, I don't have what people call "free time" during regular business hours. Even though my budget seemed very limiting, Ryne found SO MANY amazing homes for me to choose between. Having Ryne on my side made me feel like the pressure was off, and that someone was really looking out for my best interests. 10/10 would hire Ryne again!!!

Ryne simply stated was a pleasure to work with. He was professional but also extremely personable! My girlfriend and I are completely new to the Bloomington area and had no idea where to start. Ryne made everything so easy for us. While house hunting, Ryne would point out significant city features, what to expect from the city, some Bloomington history, and current happenings. You can see Ryne’s passion In the city and the future of it, as well as not just finding us any house and making a sale, but finding something that we are truly happy with and what will work best for us personally. Ryne made a stressful time very enjoyable and fun. Being first time mortgage holders, we had a plethora of questions and Ryne thoroughly answered them and was not in the least bit dismissive. He even stopped by after closing to make sure we were all set and had no more questions. I would highly recommend Ryne for anyone in need of a realtor.

Ryne was an extraordinary agent, and walked me through every step of the home buying process. He kept communications flowing between the seller's broker, bank, title company etc so I had very little to worry about.

Even when our initial purchase offer ran into some major speed bumps and was eventually abandoned, Ryne was patient in explaining all the options and in recommending the course of action that was best for me as a client, without thought to how it might affect his own commission.

Anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the area, give Ryne a call ... they don't get any better than him!
