From beginning to end we only spent a little over a month before closing on both houses on the same day. She is down to earth and a very caring people person. Lynn is amazing! Worked through all of our questions and concerns, never let us down! She went above and beyond! There was never a question she couldn’t get an answer to. Pointed out things we would have otherwise overlooked when checking out a place. Never rushed us. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t consider even using anybody else!

Alright, even though I didn’t buy a house from Lynn... *yet,* my experience with her when I tried to buy a house was far to none the most relaxing and fun time I could have had. I’ve always seen house buying as a stressful nightmare (insert any HGTV show ever). However, Lynn was the most relaxing person to work with ever. She kept everything straightforward, simply told me what I needed to know, and kept my best interest at heart. She helped me look and stay in my budget, and it was never just a “buy this house and then good luck!” Every house we looked at (across a 6 county area, bless her for driving all that way) she always gameplanned. “Alrighty, if this is what you buy, you’ll have to fix this, replace this, id repair this to increase value, and in x years we can get you into a newer and bigger home, and you can sell this or rent it out”. And beyond that, Lynn also is a great friend when she isn’t wearing the real estate hat. She’s genuine in helping you buy a home, but genuinely cares for and takes care of clients outside of the home buying process. She values you as a human, and will do anything to help take care of you. For myself, I won’t buy a home from anyone else but Lynn. And I’ll send every single friend and family member her way as well, because I know she’ll treat them the same way she treated me. If I can trust my family with Lynn Keyland, why can’t you? I didn’t buy due to some personal reasons, but me and Lynn gameplanned, talked about it, and I can say without a doubt that as soon as Lynn says it’s time to pull the trigger, I’m gonna trust her to guide me every step of the way!

Lynn is beyond amazing, she went above and beyond to help my family get the perfect house, we searched in several towns, any time , any day, if we saw something that interested us...she was on it and had us scheduled for viewing on the same day if at all possible on her end. We had some struggles in the end with the loan and she was very patient and she knew her stuff, she even knew the stuff of the others we were working with when they didn’t seam to. Even now after we have settled in our home, we have had some tragedies that she has reached out to our family when it had nothing to do with real estate. She is truly a blessing and you would be lucky to cross paths with her! We love you Lynn Keyland ❤️

Lynn helped my fiancé and I buy our first home together in October 2019. I can’t say enough good things about Lynn. She is professional and on the ball with houses that become available that may be a good fit. Often showing us houses before we could view them on search engines. She worked tirelessly to help us find one that would meet our needs...and we had several needs! But beyond professionalism Lynn feels just like a good friend who would help you or anyone else she knows anytime she possibly can...no questions asked. Seriously one of the best realtors and people I know!
