I recently purchased an investment property with Saad. He handled both the real estate and loan. Saad was exceptionally professional during the entire escrow transaction, communicated regularly and provided great insight on some ideas of what to do with the property. The loan closed in 21 days (very impressive for an investment!) and was truly stress free. He got me a great rate considering how the market is looking. I really appreciated how he followed up, followed through and was always quick to answer my call, text or email. He is extremely knowledgeable with 20+ years in the industry. This was not an easy task, selling a house during the COVID-19 epidemic.

Saad is truly a one of a kind real estate expert. My husband and I have worked with Saad for multiple real estate transactions including the purchases and sale of two condos as well as the purchase of our first home together. He also managed a property for us and took care of all our renters needs so that we didn't have to think about our rental. During each transaction Saad was supportive, knowledgeable of the market, no pressure (which is huge for us) and available to assist with our MANY MANY questions from start to finish. We felt like we were't just clients but friends that he truly cared about.

Saad worked really hard on his end to make the process feel really smooth on our end. He is probably one of the hardest working people I have come across when it comes to work ethic and great customer service. My husband and I could not be more grateful for our home buying, selling, property management and buying again experiences with Saad. If we ever decide to jump back in the real estate market, Saad has our business all the way. I would and do recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with real estate.
