I have specialized in representing high-end suburban, luxury, equestrian, specialty and acreage properties for both buyers and sellers. Since I have spent many years riding and I personally live in a semi-rural area, I understand equestrian and acreage properties and the features and considerations associated with these properties.
As a function of my prior business and marketing experience, I have extensive skills that assist my clients with the acquisition or sale of their real estate investments. Prior to entering the real estate field, I held a number of executive and management positions in the IT consulting business sector for 30+ years. Many of the skills directly transition to assisting clients with the real estate process, such as: contract negotiation, sales, direction of sales activities, marketing plans, material design and possibly the most important skill is the ability to listener to clients and respond to their priorities. These activities have been directly applicable to advising buyer or sellers with contracts, negotiating, analyzing market data, providing guidance, designing and implementing effective marketing plans and materials.
Major purchases or the sale of a large investment, perhaps their largest asset, may be stressful and fraught with numerous issues. I attempt to make the process as stress free as possible for my clients by anticipating, guiding, and assisting, as appropriate. Perhaps the most important message is that this is not simply my profession; I gain enormous pleasure from assisting people in successfully reaching their goals.
