My husband and I were randomly assigned Sabrina Castrillon when we made an appointment to view a house through Zillow.com. Sabrina was warm, kind and friendly and she discussed with us our goals and home buying expectations during that appointment. Initially, we were just curious to see a particular house and had no intentions to buy at that time. We thought we were not quite ready to buy, yet Sabrina referred us to a mortgage broker she knew, which got the ball rolling. Sabrina showed us a few properties and we fell in love with one of them. Sabrina worked hard to give us the best deal possible. She handled all the paperwork, contacted inspectors (basically did everything for us), which we greatly appreciated. She drafted the offer, guided us through a stressful escrow, and we ended up buying the home of our dreams. Sabrina is a positive person, she cared about getting to know us and our children. She was always reassuring when it seemed as though things were not going our way. She would say "if it is meant to be, it will work out". It did end up working out, and we truly believe it was meant for her to be our realtor. She is passionate about her career and truly loves the job. We would definitely work with Sabrina again and recommend her to others looking to buy or sell property.

Sabrina was such a pleasure to work with! She is professional, personable & genuinely listened to our home needs/wants. She was very thoughtful in the homes she presented to us and more importantly to us, she did her research! She had tremendous insight into the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, etc. and helped us see the potential beyond the house.

Prior to working with Sabrina, we had been in the market for a house for 6 months and had made multiple offers to no avail. The difference between Sabrina and our other agent was night & day. She was great every step of the way and was able to get us into our perfect home in less than 2 months!

I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know who is in market for a home!
