Sabrina Jones-Schroeder

Sabrina is the Designated Broker and Owner of EXIT Real Estate Professionals in Spokane, Washington. As the Designated Broker of EXIT Real Estate Professionals, Sabrina created a 16-course training program for new and seasoned agents covering many aspects of a real estate career. Sabrina has been instrumental in growing EXIT Real Estate in Spokane from ten agents when she re-joined the company as the sales manager in 1995 to over seventy-five between the two Spokane offices (and still growing!). She has an enthusiasm for the real estate industry that is unparalleled in many people (as evidenced in her decision not to engage in a traditional law practice). She has many years’ experience in real estate including time spent as an active listing and selling broker, as well as time spent in management and training. Sabrina has been licensed since 1990 and continues to sell to her sphere of influence today.

Having graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in 1992 with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Spanish and a concentration in Women's Studies (during which time she began her real estate career), Sabrina embarked on her law school adventures. She graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law and is a member of the Washington Bar Association having been admitted to the Bar in 1995. Sabrina is active in the Spokane community as a member of the Downtown Rotary Club #21 of Spokane and serves on the Gonzaga University Alumni Association Board of Directors and where she is currently serving as the First Vice President - GO ZAGS!

Sabrina married a wonderful man, Jeff Schroeder, in 2000. Jeff owns and operates a successful home inspection franchise in Spokane called Pillar to Post. They have two beautiful children, Emerson Grace, and Cole Logan. Sabrina enjoys spending time with her children and husband, bike riding, snow skiing, cooking, wine collecting and is an avid reader.

Besides listing and selling real estate and managing her real estate office, Sabrina also teaches continuing education courses to licensed real estate brokers. Sabrina is a knowledgeable, energetic, and often entertaining speaker with much information to share. She was a featured break-out speaker at the EXIT Annual Convention in Nashville, TN in October 2008 and teaches classes regularly for the Spokane Association of Realtors in Spokane.

During her college and law school days, Sabrina did stand-up comedy winning many joke telling contests, as well as improvisational theater as a member of G.U.T.S. (Gonzaga University Theater Sports troupe). Her love of entertaining and desire to make people laugh are as much a part of her speaking engagements as imparting truly useful information.
