Currently, Real estate market is very stressful and depressing. Having a good reliable Agent is THE KEY to make buying and selling experience smooth For both parties.
After going through many dishonest and unreliable realestate agents, We were VERY VERY LUCKY to meet Mr.Saeed. Saeed is one of a kind and I doubt that there are any agents like Saeed. He became our family the minute we met him. Honesty, integrity and kindness are some of the many qualities he holds. We were struggling to find a perfect home for us, and Saeed was able to find the that HOME for us. Saeed arrived 30 minutes prior to us to show the house, while he was there he checked the whole house and found all the good, bad and things needed attention. Our inspector who inspected the house should learn from Saeed. Saeed walked us through the house, without pressuring or rushing us. He made us feel comfortable and answered all the questions popping into our heads. He showed us all the comps in the area, guided us to make the right decision. We were able to save almost 50K from the asking price In this hot sellers market. He was always available to us via the phone, text and emails. He is THE AGENT, who made time to come to the home inspection, contacted sellers agent 100 times if needed, showed up for multi walk throughs. We had many concerns and needed help finding solutions and Saeed was able to find all the answers for us. He is very resourceful and has information about almost everything, if there is something he wasn’t sure at that moment, he would made sure to come back to us before the time he had promised.
Saeed is a Gem and an amazing human being. He also helped us with all the closing questions and concerns we had.
Saeed doesn’t make clients , He makes RELATIONSHIPS, he has become our Family and our Brother for life, we are So Glad to have met him. THANK YOU, BROTHER SAEED.
