Safari was not only professional but very relatable. She went above and beyond in order to try and get me closed on a home. Even though I was unable to close due to matters out of both of our control, she remained positive the entire time while lifting my spirits up due to the frustrations I was going through with a very unprofessional loan officer. I look forward to working with her again and would definitely recommend her to everyone else.

Safari Charles is an excellent realtor. She took her time to get to know me and understand my individual needs. It didn’t feel transactional or impersonal. This was my first time selling a home and after an unpleasant experience with another, I was not going to be easy to please. But, Safari went over and beyond to explain the process, make professional recommendations, having my home staged, and doing open house events. Her folllow-up and attention to detail was impeccable. Safari removed a lot of my anxiety about the process and made my experience wonderful!

I worked with Mrs. Charles because I needed to rent my property. I was not in Maryland at the time, and it would have been difficult for me to rent my property on my own. Mrs. Charles not only helped me find a renter, but she helped me with every step of the process of renting my home, making sure I followed Maryland’s rental laws, going to the property when needed, and getting all of the paperwork taken care of and signed between myself and the renter. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I have recommended her to people I know, whom were also pleased.

She made it her priority to make sure I felt comfortable and had what I needed. I will definitely use her services in the future. Thank you Mrs. Charles!!!
