Sal made our home buying experience very stress free. He was always professional and on time to our home tours and willing to respond to our many questions since this was our firse home purchase. He understood the market well enough to give the best advice to my wife and I in this case as our (the buyer's) agent. He is also aggressive to place offers to get you the house that you like or want and does not try to push houses you don't like on you. Even whenever issues came up during the offer process, he always endeavored to make them good. With Sal as our realtor, my husband and I just closed on a house we absolutely love, about 2 months after we started looking. In this very competitive market, that is an impressive timeline.

There are several qualities about Sal we love; he is always on time, very responsive, but most importantly he never pressured us into making any decision. He gave us his recommendations and let us decide our offers. He also has a very keen eye for detail. As we toured houses, he would point out things that we would never have caught ourselves and we came to rely on his opinion about houses very quickly.

As first-time home buyers, we had no knowledge of the process but at our first meeting with Sal, he explained the process, told us what we should be looking out for as we toured houses and to never feel pressured to put an offer on a home except, we love it.

I remember after we lost our first offer, he said, “Don’t give up guys, your house is out there” Well, he was right, we got our house! He also explained the different home styles to us. I mean, we didn’t know what ranch, quad or colonial were prior to Sal explaining them to us. Might sound trivial but we found that knowledge useful as we searched for homes to tour.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Sal and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house in Southeast Michigan. He truly represents his buyers well!

He never lied if he thought a house was bogus he let us know and he was always correct on our case. I highly recommend working with Sal and especially his whole team works with behind the scenes because not only do they have your best interest in mind, there gonna be straight to the point not to let you get screwed over by some jabroni.

I have had realtors in the past who would just try and sell me any house. Sal was different. I told gave him a criteria of what we wanted and he stuck to it. I found him to be very persistent and felt he fought for me in the very way possible. Before and after the sale. If you are looking for someone with many years of experience, who knows the “ins and outs” of the market, who actually cares and who is very aggressive well then sal is the guy for you!

Buying a house out of state can be stressful. Buying it site-unseen in addition is even more stressful. With Sal’s help we were able to secure a home, that was only in market for 8 hrs, stress-free. Being first time home buyers, and the speed of sell, we really needed the expertise Sal brought to the table. He communicated with all parties around the clock and supported all our requests. He helped educate us on the process and made sure we were clear in all steps that needed to be taken. He also visited the property for more than one inspection on our behalf!

The Best Real Estate Agent Ever. It was like we were walking around with an angel sent by God. He treated us like family and made the whole process fun and easy. He was very patient. Sal was very welcoming and responsive from the first time we spoke. He quickly gathered our buying criteria and picked up on some of our likes/dislikes in homes even before we did. He was always focused on us finding the right home for us, rather than pushing to sell.

Our situation became a little more unique as the home search progressed. Sal opened our minds to something we hadn't previously considered - new construction. His previous experience with new construction proved to be incredibly valuable. Sal identified developments in our area of choice, lot availability and home options that met our criteria.

If you are looking into new construction, going through your preferred realtor is a must. Sal managed everything. He set up the initial meetings with the developer, did all the pre-work in the background, got us preliminary information and was with us every step of the way. He enabled us to focus on what we wanted in a home, rather than a sales pitch. Sal went the extra mile with us. Even as far as taking time out of his own vacation to lock us into our "dream lot" that had recently become available. He made sure we did not miss our opportunity.

The other great benefit of using a realtor for new construction came when it was time to sign the purchase agreement. Sal again, managed everything directly with the builder, took time to go over the purchase agreement in line by detail and answered all of our questions. He also worked directly with our preferred mortgage lender to get the builder all the pre-qualifying documentation they needed. Everything was accomplished without any stress on our end.

I am looking forward to Sal continuing on this journey with us over the next year and cannot wait to close on our dream home early 2022 with him.

After firing about 5 realtors/loan officers I decided to build a new team. I lucked up and got Sal he introduced me to a loan officer and from that point on I felt I was finally on the right path. I searched a few months for a home until I finally found the one. Sal put in a good offer on my behalf and the offer got accepted🙌🏾 Since he had already introduce me to a loan officer I was already pre approved.
