I had the pleasure of being the notary closing agent on Mr. Sal's transactions recently. When the signer had a question I couldn't answer she called him and whoa he answered. Please understand not all Real Estate agents will make themselves available DURING a closing/signing appointment for their clients. So this was an absolute pleasant surprise. Plus from what the signer tells me he took care of her whole transaction in about a month or so!! #Impressive. Even with all the specifics/needs she was looking for in a home. Great work Sal !!
