Sally Chamness is a life long resident of Montgomery County. After graduating from Crawfordsville High School and then Indiana Business College, she obtained her Real Estate license in 1971 and has been a full time agent ever since. She and her husband Joe have four daughters (Stefanie, Erin, Cali and Brette) and 8 grandchildren.
Currently, Sally was Broker Manager of the Crawfordsville office, one of Carpenter's 32 offices in Indiana. She is awarded yearly for multi-million dollar sales with Carpenter Realtors where she has been associated since 2000. Outside of Real Estate Sally enjoys family and friends outings and vacationing once or twice a year to warmer weather. Sally is a member of Montgomery County Board of Realtors, MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors) and LBOR (Lafayette Board of Realtors). She specializes in residential sales working continually with buyers and sellers and has acquired many friends and acquaintances throughout her profession. She specialized in every detail to walk her clients through their purchase to make the transaction go as smooth, detailed and professional as possible.
