A number of my friends have been clients of Sally's and have raved about her, so I decided to work with her for a townhouse purchase. Not only did she help me find the type of house in the area I was looking for, but she found one well within my price range and we put an offer in just 2 weeks after we began the search! She is also so knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process, including approximate prices for different types of renovations. I was particularly impressed by her ability to negotiate a significant price reduction from the seller after the inspection turned up a number of items that needed to be repaired. I will definitely work with her again for any other real estate projects in the future!

I have sent her clients through the years who were amazed at her high energy, willingness to help and her ability to get their house sold and maximize the sale.She treats every client like family. During the sale of my home recently, she was attentive, and not afraid to have the hard conversation with me about upgrades I needed to make. Being a first time home buyer is intimidating, but being a first time home buyer in this 2021 housing market is especially intimidating. We were so lucky to have Sally to guide us through! She made herself available 24/7 to answer any and all questions we had. We saw many, many houses and she knew the moment we walked in which house was meant for us before we even said it. My husband and I were first time home buyers this summer. Sally was recommended by a friend of mine. We told her Sally what we were looking for in purchasing a house. She immediately sent us listings. When we met Sally, she was very personable and cheerful, especially with our children.

After looking for 6-8 weeks, we put an offer on a house that was accepted. Our offer was contingent on the owners finding a house to move into. Sally continued to be in touch during this time and would send us new listings, just in case things fell through. I am very happy to say that everything worked out. We have been in the house for a little over a month and are so thankful for it and the work that Sally did in helping us get it.

She is Professional, Knowledgable, Friendly and a very hard worker !
Through her many years of experience she knew where to go and who to go to conquer any issue from Plumbers to Electricians to Home Warrenties.
In our case she was a Myracle Worker and worked her magic on top of her usual line of duties!
She scheduled many showings for us- Even the ones that didn’t look inviting- That I thought I wasn’t interested in-
I bought one of these!
We had a deadline and Sally continued to send many listings in our price range .
It just goes to show that when choosing a home you’ve got to get inside of each property to give it a fair assessment!
