Sally was a delight to work with. Her patience and knowledge in this current market made the difference for us in successfully purchasing a condo in the Cleveland Heights area. She gave us her honest opinions of properties we were considering and guided us to write purchase contracts within our budget and long term goals. When we could not be In town to schedule a showing, Sally did video tours and talked us through the property. Once a contract was accepted she remained very detail oriented and made sure to keep us on track responding very quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend Sally Frye.
