Sally did a wonderful job as our realtor for our purchase of a condo in Truckee. She provided excellent guidance in structuring our offer so that it would be accepted by the sellers but also be a good deal for us. Then she actively managed the inspections and other steps to close on the property, insuring everything went smoothly. She communicated with us at every step of the process and always had our best interests at the center of what she did. She has great expertise and connections for people in Truckee area which was a great benefit for us.

If we do more real estate transactions in the greater Truckee area, we will definitely work with Sally.

Five weeks ago my husband Googled "Boulders Sales" in search of an agent to interview to list our condominium in that complex. The sale closed last week!
Sally Gardner is a joy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew exactly how to expeditiously go through the required paperwork to make the unit sell as soon as possible. Once we removed the items we wanted to take with us she took charge of cleaning, donating and disposing of what remained. This service was invaluable to us.
Sally immediately responded to our inquiries and kept in close communication with us throughout the process.
The unit was on the market for one day and sold over asking for cash with no contingencies with a fifteen day escrow.
We could no be happier with her efforts!
