Sal was the real estate agent for the commercial property I had purchased. I was lucky to have Sal as the agent because he was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the important aspects of purchasing commercial property. He had spent a lot of time to make sure the deal went very smoothly and had all records and information needed to complete the sale. When we finally closed on the deal Sal was like family. I would highly recommend Sal to anyone.

I met Salvatore while he was conducting an Open House in Bellmore, NY. Subsequently, he took us to see other houses and we ended up buying the one where he hosted the Open House. Salvatore gave us a list of Home Inspectors, gave us attorney referrals. he even had to run to the bank for us at the closing! We have recommended Salvatore to friends and relatives throughout the years.

I heartily endorse S. Burruano a top sales professional, in the selling of my home. My house was on the market over a year, with no buyers. It had no curb appeal and home was overpriced. Salvatore took the time and effort to post over 40 professional quality photos of my home. When he was done, he helped me empty rooms to visually increase living space.
