I cannot speak highly enough about Sal Trapani. He is reasonable, honest, dedicated, professional, and very hard-working. We were going through a difficult purchase of another home while concurrently selling ours with Sal. He was always available to us when we needed him (which was a lot in the beginning) and was definitely the (persistent—I don’t know how he does it!) relaxed and reasoned counterbalance to my crazed anxiety. He was more than willing to help with anything we needed in any way he could, even for things beyond his purview, and managed to find solutions to problems I’d normally deem hopeless … And he always did it with a smile. He held our hand patiently when we needed it, really listened to what we had to say, and took however much time was necessary to explain things to us until he was sure we understood them. Finally, Sal is a man of his word. He deeply respects the value of a handshake, and I’d trust him with any transaction, no question, and very heartily recommend him.

My husband and I have known Sal for the last 2 years. We recently closed on our first home this fall and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our home purchase, and was very understanding and respectful of our budget. Unfortunately the pandemic put our home search on pause for over a year and even though it was a stressful time for us, Sal kept in touch with us to see how we were doing and was very patient and understanding due to the unforeseen circumstances. He was very supportive when we chose to put everything on hold and advised us on how to restart the process and to be well prepared to step back into the real estate market when we were ready to move forward. He is a very professional and personable person, is respectful and understanding to your individual needs and goes above and beyond to help you in any way he can. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend him! So blessed that we met him because he truly went above and beyond to make our dream of purchasing our first home a reality for our family!
