Without a doubt, selling a home is an exhaustive, nerve-wracking venture, but Sam made it as easy as possible.  His many years of experience was apparent throughout the selling process, from putting the house on the market to negotiating bids.  Sam offered suggestions and options along the way but at no time did we feel pressured.  When communicating, he was quick to respond, clear when explaining, and always followed through with the plan.  At all times we felt we were in good hands, and we highly recommend Sam as a selling agent.

Sam was fantastic from the beginning of the selling process, I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a home! I used Sam 4½ years ago to purchase this home and used him again in the sale. He was both professional and friendly and maintained communications with me all the way through settlement. When I sent messages or called him about questions or concerns, he responded quickly and provided times that we could discuss some of the topics in more depth. He provided me with the marketing research and made me aware of what to expect in the current selling market. We settled with the price I requested. Once he had someone take the house photos (which were fantastic) and posted the sale online, I received my first offer within a week. Although the sale did not go through, my second offer came by the beginning of week three. Part of this was from his marketing online and the rest was from his networking with other realtors to find out what their buyers were interested in.

My wife used Sam for her last 2 house sales/purchases, and we have been in touch with Sam since earlier this year about getting our house on the market. We finally had the house ready to go toward the end of Summer this year, and Sam was on the ball for literally every little detail involving making sure we had a top-notch listing, the best photos, etc. He was in touch with us literally every step of the way, always in constant communication. He's a very intelligent individual and it shows in his real estate experience. Super friendly, extremely personable, and truly had our best interests as his #1 priority since the beginning. I moved out of state and had Sam help me sell my home in Maryland. He was extremely honest and upfront about everything during the entire process. If any issues did arise, he was quick and honest with problem solving solutions. Sam is also extremely personable and relatable, which made working with him easy and enjoyable. Six years ago I cold-called Sam on a property he had listed in Calvert County when I was preparing to move my family there. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. Although we didn't end up purchasing that house, he assisted us in finding the perfect house for us and orchestrated the transaction flawlessly. Fast forward to present, it was now time to sell the house for another relocation. There was no question who our realtor was going to be. I called Sam and he and his team got to work right away and sold our house quickly in a challenging market. Sam did a great job helping us find a house! We reached out to him from overseas and he quickly set out to narrow down what we were looking for. When we got to the area, he dedicated himself to showing us all the houses we threw at him as well as his own recommendations. His guidance didn’t stop there. Look no further, Sam is your guy!
We got orders to the D.C./Maryland area in 2020 and decided Annapolis is where we wanted to buy. We found a house that had been recently removed from the market (Sam's sellers) but Sam got us in touch with the seller and the rest is history. We lived happily in that home for three years when we received orders to leave Annapolis and decided to call Sam to list the property. Our home was listed on Saturday, received multiple offers throughout the weekend and was pending by Monday. We came upon a tax hurdle that Sam was quick to resolve while he was on vacation. We were able to postpone the closing in order fully comply with the tax issue. Sam is attentive, responsive, and works tirelesly so that you wont. Don't hesitate to work with him.

I worked with Sam for renting out my condo for 10 years. So when it came to sell, he was the man! He set the bar for todays market with where mine sold! He helped oversee repairs, flooring installation and cleaning while I was living in another state. You can count on Sammy with either selling or buying a home. Great dude all around, well, he is a Washington Football Team fan, so....

(I am a Cowboys fan and we got along just fine 😉)
