Brandy & Sam Barnes have taken the best care of me in my home buying experience! Having just moved as part of a corporate relocation and being on a tight timeline, Brandy sprung into action and was immediately an amazing & knowledgeable ally. I had never been outside of the Denver Airport prior to moving to town, so her expertise on the different areas was essential. When doing home tours she has a great sense of the good and bad signs of potential buys & communicates them clearly. Brandy is a straight shooter who not only guides you through the whole process start to finish, but also fights hard for your best interest. She and Sam do their (and sometimes your!) research thoroughly & make a great team. They also have many helpful contacts for any maintenance items you might need done before selling or after buying! Being from out of town, this was especially handy for me.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Denver Area!

Sam Barnes Realty is by all means TOP NOTCH. Sam is a "make it happen" kind of agent and his staff is well trained, thorough and very professional. I have a very difficult house to sell but needed to sell it at the right price and Sam aggressively went out, brought multiple buyers to the table and got us under contract. My house had a number of issues that were detractors for the buyers but Sam worked with them and got me the best offer possible. Sam and his team never slowed down, I got 110% effort from start to finish!
I really enjoyed working with Sam from day 1. He bent over backward to understand the situation I was in, he proposed a winning strategy, and it was just a very short time until we had a contract!
I could not be more pleased. I have been buying and selling housed for close to 60 years and never had the pleasure of working with an agent and team like the Barnes Realty.
I strongly recommend them - don't settle for less!

Sam Barnes is a very professional real estate agent, one of the best I have ever worked with, including commercial, as this property we just closed on was, or residential. I recommend him, not just highly, but he is probably the best agent I have ever met. Our deal was EXTREMELY difficult and fell apart several times, but he held it together and eventually figured out a way to make it happen for all parties. The buyer on my property sale was difficult in the extreme, that the deal was salvaged was nothing short of a miracle. Kudos to Sam Barnes. If you have not hired him yet for your real estate property purchase, or sale, do it now.

Sam and Brandy Barnes are hands down the best! I had no clue what I was doing but needed to sell a house then buy another on a short time frame and tight budget. They worked with me to get the first house sold right away for a great price. They scheduled a photographer and did 100% of the work. I basically just had to approve things and sign papers. They helped me close on the purchase of the other house the day after closing on the sale of the first. They gave me great advice on the inspection and offer price and I was able to purchase a new place at a great low price. I cannot recommend them enough!

Sam made house-hunting from across the country as easy as it could have been. He was always very responsive and provided great feedback and video walkthroughs on the houses he looked at for me. Sam is very knowledgeable on how to write a competitive offer and has the connections to get info on properties. After we had an offer accepted, Sam was very attentive to the details of inspections and appraisals, and we closed without a hitch. My move was complicated by COVID-19 and ended up being delayed by a few months, but Sam kept checking on the house for me and even helped me find affordable lawn care until I could move in. If you do ever get the pleasure of meeting these two very professional couple you will be highly sastisfied. My family was forced to move out of our home from hurricane Florence in NC and we decided to move out here in Colorado. I was alone working while my family was away.
