I left a career in teaching high school social studies to help motivated people find their dream home.
At the time, my wife & I had just found & bought our dream home, a ranch style 1950s home on a quiet street, a perfect place for our family.
Until we went through a divorce.
I was left with having to work out how to support my two kids while being there for them when they left & came home from their school day, essentially, I became a full time father.
Since my kids were young & needed someone full time to raise them, I felt I needed flexibility in my work schedule so that I could raise my kids in a loving environment where I could be a full participant.
So I thought, what would allow me to leverage my skill set in psychology while keeping my schedule flexible to support my kids?
Becoming a real estate agent was the perfect fit.
Deciding what home to buy, negotiating the highest sale price, managing the real estate decision making process - at it’s core, it’s about psychology.
Today, I am motivated to help people find their dream home within the circumstances they live.
