Sam is a full time Realtor and the Broker Owner of "On The Market Properties." With extensive knowledge and experience, she has sold over 250 million dollars of real estate in Loudoun County. Sam was licensed as a Realtor in 1996 and became a Real Estate Broker in 2004. An avid Equestrian, when not selling homes, Sam and her horse, "The Toddler" can be found competing at A rated Horse Shows in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. It is here at these shows that Sam credits many of her sales as she meets and mingles with fellow equestrians who eventually make their way to Horse Friendly Loudoun County.

Over the years, throughout real estate booms and a few busts, Sam has been fortunate to have worked consistently without interruption. She credits this to her clients who have bolstered her Real Estate business year after year with repeat sales and the referrals of their family and friends.
