Initially I listed my condo in Sunny Isles Beach with another broker who was not able to sell it. I tried to list and sell it myself but was feeling overwhelmed. Then I met Samuel with Marlin Realty. From start to finish - smoothest process ever. We were under contract within a month and closed soon after - for the price I said I wanted. He even did a minor repair to fix my sliding balcony door which no other agent suggested let alone offered to do themselves! He’s the guy you want in your corner buying or selling!

I cannot say enough positive comments about Sam! This is the second property we have sold with him and the second property we have purchased with him. Let's start with the sale: Sam did a full walk through of our property, listing all of its assets and upgrades, and made a recommendation on a listing price, which was higher then what we thought. Two weeks later, and we were under contract for more than our target! Sam handled our request to be on property for every showing and inspection giving us peace of mind the house was protected while he was there. Sam guided us through inspection negations and answered all of the technical questions that come up during contracting. Now for the purchase: The market is crazy right now, and fast paced, and Sam knows his real estate. He is also the broker, no other middle man to ask, or get approval from. He can walk into a property and advise if the price is correct, over, under, what needs to be remodeled, why it hasn’t sold yet etc., his knowledge is extensive. Sam took the time to show us over a dozen properties, and helped us make multiple offers, finally settling on a great property. Sam has a very creative approach to get you the best deal he can. He offers suggestions to both sides so everyone walks away happy. He is truly the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with, answers calls, emails, and texts as soon as they come in. Sam is truly the best, you will not be disappointed if you hire him!

Marlin Realty Inc is very professional. I worked with them recently to list my place and appreciate their dedication and hard work.
My calls were always answered, never had to leave a voicemail. I was always given enough notice before showings that I could vacuum and sterilize the place. My place sold quickly without dropping the listing price.

I have been working with Sam for over 10 years now. He is my go to Realtor. I always know that when a person calls to ask about my Property-- he is going to pick up the phone and respond immediately. Unlike some Realtors who dont answer their phones and call back days later! Sam really works for his Clients so they can get the best outcome. Over the years- Sam has done things that prove how hard he will work for me. A good example-- I had a new Tenant move in one of my Rental Properties. That night the Lady calls and is upset because the Kitchen Cupboards had some stuff left over from the previous Tenant and there were food crumbs in some of the Cabinets. I guess my Cleaning Lady missed that. Anyway-- this Lady was freaking out and demanded that be cleaned right away! and I was out of Town and could not get there. Sam immediately called this Lady and somehow-- calmed her down. I dont know what he said- but she calmed all the way down. Then early the next Morning- Sam went there with cleaning products and gloves-- and got down and cleared and cleaned all the Kitchen Cabinets! He soothed that Tenant and made everythjng ok! That is what I am talking about! He will and has gone to bat for his Clients! Once you get Sam-- you will ne er go back to any other Agent!
