Sam Heineman

Sam is proud to be born and raised in Fremont, Nebraska. He married his college sweetheart Jessica in May 2009, and they welcomed their first child Della Kay in March 2017. He has undergraduate and graduate accounting degrees from Midland University. After spending several years in public accounting, he purchased his first business in 2011. Today, he currently owns and operates businesses in 7 communities across the State. Sam has a passion for real estate and he obtained his Nebraska Real Estate License in 2015 and later received Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The CCIM designation is conferred only upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field.
