Sam has been in Sumter since 1989 and has been helping families buy and sell Real Estate since 1995. He spent 24 years on active duty with the Air Force and 14 years as a contractor with USAFCENT at Shaw AFB. He has been a member of the Million Dollar Club, earned Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations and served as a past president of the Sumter Merchant Association, charter president of the Sumter Business Network, a Commissioner with the Sumter Public Utilities Commission and chaired the Professional Standards Committee of the Sumter Board of Realtors for the 6 years.
