Sam was the best realtor I could have asked for! He sold my property in the height of the pandemic and while I lived out of state. What should have been a crazy, stressful experience it was the complete opposite. This was all because of Sam and his hard work. He helped with locating contractors to do various work. He would go to my house to meet contractors when I was out of town. He was truly AWESOME! The thing that made him my realtor for life was at closing. Due to the pandemic and rules, he was not allowed in the closing. However, he sat in his car in the parking lot during the process to make sure I was taken care of. That goes above and beyond. I am forever grateful for Sam!

Sam is a fantastic realtor! No pressure, honest, reliable and responsive! If he can’t answer the phone he will text and then get back to you! He was thorough and patient with all our questions! When a house we thought was perfect didn’t work out he met up with us at our sons baseball game to comfort and encourage us! It was only a few days later we found our dream home! We highly recommend him for both buying or selling a home!
