Sam Metteer

As a Placer county native, Sam’s love for community has been deeply rooted since childhood. He continues to actively participate in outreach programs, feeding the homeless, serving on mission trips and more. Sam’s biggest strength is his ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals, personally and professionally. Naturally, Sam found that Real Estate was the perfect outlet to utilize his strengths while achieving massive impact, spreading joy to others and ultimately, helping others achieve their home owning and wealth building and dreams.
Prior to his career in Real Estate, Sam owned a thriving local business.
He believes the most important part of service is creating lasting relationships with those you serve. He believes you then bring value to the relationship by being an available resource with knowledge and expertise that others can lean on. Whether they are first time home buyers or a seasoned investor, you can count on Sam to be your local economist of choice.
Sam, his wife, and his two children still reside in Placer county and believe they will never leave. This community is home for them. They love going to the parks, going on hikes, getting ice cream, and playing with their dogs. Sam can’t think of a better area to raise his kids and is excited about the future.
