Sam Poole

Sam grew up in one of Durham's historic downtown neighborhoods where his family's after-dinner strolls looked more like neighborhood real estate appreciation tours. Ever since, Sam has been interested in houses, architecture, and the ways that the places we live shape us and become expressions of our selves. He and his team combine their listening-based approach with a passion for top shelf client care, savvy problem solving, sharp negotiating skills, and up-to-date market knowledge to deliver an exceptional real estate experience from start to finish. When he is not working (or sometimes while you are on the phone with him), Sam is hanging out with his Great Pyrenees, Sully, or working on his latest renovation project.
