Sam Rule

After nearly 20 years living and working in the hollows and hills of their mountains, Sam knows and cares about the people and places that make Western North Carolina so special.

In his role helping medical professionals and their families relocate to the area, and his work helping buyer and seller clients from outside of the healthcare sphere, he is committed to listening deeply and advising clients through the challenges and opportunities of the real estate process. It is a natural extension of his previous work as a physical therapist, and as a leader and program developer in local nonprofits. He is driven by a desire to unearth and explore the WHY under the WHAT to helps his clients create a meaningful plan that is workable despite the challenges of the moment.

Honesty, integrity, compassion, and justice are foundational values that influence and steer every interaction he has and decision he makes.

Since 2017, his team has twice been recognized as one of the Top 10 producing agents out of more than 350 agents within Beverly-Hanks, and they received the highest-level Chairman's Award for three consecutive years, closing well over $10 million in transactions annually. With experience in price points across the board - from starter homes to luxury properties – he is able to help clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
