I was I first time buyer with no knowledge, some money and tons of questions. Not only did Samantha exceed any expectations I had she always went above and beyond to ensure I was always up to speed what was going on. Using her wealth of knowledge she was also able get me in contact with top of the line home owner insurance company and she also helped me get my basic utility’s set up. All in all I wouldn’t recommend using any other agent in the Virginia Beach area.

Finding a realtor that you feel has your best interests in mind and will help you find your perfect home can be tough. So if you’re reading this review let me tell you that you don’t have to look any further as Samantha is definitely the best person to work with. She made my home buying process so easy!! She went above and beyond to make sure to find me homes with all the features I was looking for and that fit my budget. Not once did she try to pressure me into going with anything past what I was looking to spend. She was always available to answer my questions and schedule viewings. After my offer got accepted on the house Sam made sure to stay on top of everything and she even took care of a lot of things I wasn’t able to do personally as my schedule wouldn’t allow it. She’s very motivated to be the best at her job as well as to take care of her customers to the best of her ability. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next home!

Samantha was our realtor for our first time home buy. Our situation was a little unique, we were buying a house from another state. Samantha was amazing, she sent us every house she could find that fit our price range and vision. When we changed our desired town she worked with us and when we changed it again she was right with us. When we finally started seeing houses she would go to 4-5 a day for us to go do walkthroughs virtually with us. She was an amazing realtor right up until the end. We finally found the house we wanted and she was quick to let us know someone else wanted it too. She gave us advice on what to look out for and what to stay away from. When we finally had our offer accepted on the house she was so excited to tell us! After we closed on the house she offered to keep an eye on it until we get there because we are military and were waiting for our move to begin. She was amazing and I would 100% recommended she is who you choose to help you find your dream home!
