Sam Hoagland moved to Southwest Florida a handful of months after her parents, Scott and Angela. Originally from Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, moving to Florida felt like a dream! From the gorgeous beaches, quaint towns, delicious restaurants, countless festivals, and all-year-round PERFECT weather, she knew this is where she wanted to stay and create a family of her own!
As a Penn State graduate and a psychology major, helping others is second nature to her. Complementing her psychology background, she completed her Master's of Business Administration at The University of Florida (Go Gators!). Sam spent 9 years of her professional career in sales and worked as a bartender throughout high school and her undergraduate degree. Connecting with people is something that comes naturally to her. She loves learning about people and what drives them. She has been incredibly successful in her previous roles, and she truly believes it is because she has an innate ability to connect with just about anyone.
In Sam's previous role in the pharmaceutical industry, she worked with doctors from Marco Island to Tampa, giving her a very good grasp of different areas along the West Coast of Florida. She can say with certainty, SWFL is THE BEST area along the coast! Not only can she help you find your dream home there, but she can give you a million recommendations of exciting things to do in the area!
