About Samantha
Samantha Jagneaux is a native of Sulphur, LA and graduated from South Beauregard High School in Longville, LA. She then moved to Alexandria, LA to play softball for LSUA. After realizing she missed home, Samantha moved back to Lake Charles, LA where she began her love of real estate. Her mother was a property manager and got her started in the real estate business. Samantha started out helping her mother in the office at The Embers and Village Green. Once she became familiar with property management, she ventured out on her own, and landed a job with Ingle Safari Realty as their property manager.
When Samantha started in property management with Ingle Safari in March 2013, they only had around 80 units. Samantha worked very hard and kept the occupancy rate in the 90th percentile. In June of 2013 Ingle Safari took on another 140 plus units, and by September 2013 Ingle Safari had over 500 units. Samantha worked actively in building the structure and foundation of the leasing department while still maintaining the occupancy rate in the 90th percentile. Now, she has opened her own property management company.
Seeing how the business worked, Samantha then expanded her education, and got her Real Estate License in May of 2014. She found that real estate allowed her to reach for the stars and in doing so, have a positive impact on society, while making people's dreams come true. This is one of the reasons that she had become a realtor. After taking the real estate market by the horns, selling on average of 25 houses per year, Samantha decided to get her Broker's license, and pursue her dream of owning her own Brokerage.
Samantha knows real estate is a career for the person who will only get out what they put into it. Choosing a real estate agent who has the tools, skills and experience to make their clients’ dreams come true can be as challenging as the selling process itself. Let Samantha make it simple for you.
