Samantha Kelley

Samantha Saturley Kelley, CAI, is the CEO of Tranzon Driggers and Tranzon Auction Properties, which handle real estate auction sales up and down the East Coast. She has sold properties from New Jersey to Buffalo to Maine, personally visiting every property that she sells (her odometer clocked in at 40,000 miles in 2022!), as well as in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Sam holds active real estate licenses in CT, MA, NY, RI and VT, and has extensive experience in commercial, residential, and special use properties, regularly dealing with both private sellers and institutional clients. She is a third-generation auctioneer, following in the footsteps of her grandfather and father who instilled a love of all things auction in her at a young age. She holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) designation from the National Auctioneers Association and is active in various charity organizations, donating her time as an auctioneer to raise millions of dollars each year for non-profit organizations. Sam is also a proud member of the Mid Fairfield County Association of Realtors.

When Sam is not managing a team of 12 or working with some of the largest banks in the country, including TD Bank, M&T, and Wells Fargo, she can be found volunteering as a class mom in her children’s schools, running or walking her 2 dogs throughout the streets of Westport, CT, or traveling with her husband and 3 sons.
