Samantha Koivunen

Samantha grew up on the Iron Range in Eveleth, which is known for being the home of the Hockey Hall of Fame. She witnessed firsthand the progress in the area, having graduated in the first year of "pairing" with Gilbert in 1987.

Samantha resides and works in the Eveleth area because her family is here. Her son, daughter, son-in-law, and first grandson all live within close proximity. With her son's involvement in hockey, Samantha spent a significant amount of time at the Hipp and various hockey rinks in the area and throughout the state. The region is abundant with hundreds of lakes and offers some of the most stunning scenery in the state, all just a few miles away from her home.

Having been in the real estate business for over 7 years, Samantha's favorite aspect of the industry is assisting individuals in purchasing their very first home, regardless of whether they are friends, family members, or new acquaintances. She finds immense joy in being a part of that process and experiencing the happiness of handing someone the key to their new home.
