Samantha Meagher

Samantha Meagher joins Monument Sotheby’s International Realty with an accomplished background in real estate achieving top agent status in her second full year having closed 20 properties with sales of over seven and a half million volume. She has aligned with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty for the unique boutique feel of the company and the respected brand.

Licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, Samantha recently established the Meagher Home Group with her husband and business partner Mike Meagher to best serve their clients as a dedicated team.

Samantha’s previous career was in nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse working in long-term care. The unique skills she developed in nursing; deep respect for all her patients, providing top-level care and knowledge, attention to detail, and time management have transferred seamlessly to real estate.

Samantha has a keen eye for interior design, floor plan layout, and remodeling possibilities that she brings to her clients to help them envision the full potential of a home. Samantha wants to continue growing the business with her clients identifying her as someone they would consistently highly recommend.

Samantha resides in Manchester, Maryland with her spouse Mike, their three children, three cats, and three dogs. Clearly, she is an animal lover. When not assisting her clients to attain their real estate goals, she enjoys watching the children play soccer, touring homes, and shopping for home décor and fashion.
