We had an incredible experience working with Sam throughout our home-buying process. Her #1 priority is looking out for her clients and we could not be more thankful for that. She guided us through every step and ultimately helped us find our perfect home. The housing market has felt so competitive lately which had us a little nervous, but Sam made some strong negotiations on our behalf and closed the deal. Sam and her team also walked us through every step of the closing process and were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We cannot recommend Sam enough, she is a fantastic realtor, incredibly genuine and really knows what she's doing! If we ever needed a realtor again it would be a no brainer. I'd 100% recommend Sam to friends and family!!

I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a house. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are making an informed decision as a buyer. We started with market research to narrow down neighborhoods we liked. She has a lot of knowledge to share about the Denver area. We looked at over 75 houses and she was happy to keep looking until we found the house that was the right fit for us. Through the whole process we felt like Sam had our best interests in mind rather than just moving forward to a quick sale. Once the negotiations started she was very detail oriented and worked with the seller to make a deal that was good for us and still fair enough to not scare off the seller. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Hire Sam for your next house buying experience!!!

Samantha made our family feel immediately comfortable as we transitioned from another state to Colorado. Her knowledge of so many areas surrounding Denver helped us understand the best neighborhoods and homes for our family needs. She was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. We were able to confidently choose a home that best fit us as a family knowing that Sam was in our corner and advocating for all of our needs along the way. Post closing she continued to be an advocate to ensure all our agreements were met. I have not experienced a better advocate and more knowledgeable support as a real estate agent than I have in Samantha Miller.

Samantha Miller made finding and buying my new home a joyous process! In addition to being a delightful person, Sam was quite intentional about working with me to figure out exactly what I was looking for, and then she relished the challenge of helping me find it. She was tireless, informative, and strategic. Sam went above and beyond for me – I have never experienced such a dedicated and professional partner when buying a home. After my initial offer for a house wasn’t accepted, Sam recommended that I submit a back-up offer in the unlikely event that the sale of the house fell through. She stayed in touch with the seller for over a week, ensuring him that my offer was still standing in the face of negotiations with the contracting buyer. It worked. The first sale fell apart and I got the house I loved … and I got some significant concessions on top of it. I will never buy or sell another house in Colorado without Sam.

Sam is heaven sent! She made our first home buying experience seem like a piece of cake even with us just having moved from California, starting a new job and having a one month old baby. From our introduction and market education, she helped us through the home buying process in such a crazy and competitive market with her knowledge and insight. With the ridiculously competitive Denver real estate market, I realized that I needed an expert on my side to navigate this transition successfully. Samantha made my dreams come true!- She can literally make the impossible, possible. She also helped my twin brother buy a house this year!

I recently bought my first home ever here in Denver, CO during a wild time- hot market/ seller's market, low inventory, high demand. It was wild, but Sam held my hand the entire way from finding the perfect house to winning and closing on the perfect house. And I want to note too, I'm not the easiest to work with and she managed me and my emotions with grace : )

She is strong in all aspects of the process, extremely knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, the negotiation process, and she goes to bat for you and will negotiate. Sam cares deeply about each and every one of her clients and is reliable and responsive.

Sam is AMAZING! She made our home-buying experience so smooth! She was extremely responsive- answering emails and calls right away and making sure all of our concerns were taken care of. We had a couple issues throughout the process with some vendors and Sam advocated so hard for us. She was heavily involved and a big reason why the issues got resolved in our favor. I could not recommend her enough. If you are looking to buy, sell or simply have questions about the market in Colorado, she should 100% be your go-to person. We are so lucky to have been introduced to Sam when our family was contemplating a move from Washington, D.C. to Denver. Although a move was far from assured, Sam put a tremendous amount of energy into getting to know us, educating us about potential neighborhoods, and organizing a weekend-long tour (complete with fun food stops for our two kids!) to show us our options. When we ultimately decided on new construction, Sam was a zealous advocate for us: she stayed on top of construction, coordinated inspections, answered hundreds of dumb questions, and even took us on some FaceTime tours of AirBnbs when construction was delayed and we needed temporary housing. Look no further. Samantha Miller from 360dwellings Real Estate is your person!! We are recent transplants from California to Colorado so we really needed an experienced pro-active realtor that knew the local housing economy. As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn and Samantha answered any and all questions we had. Before moving we came to Colorado on a house hunting trip; our goal was to look at as many houses we could in one day. We looked at 19 houses! Samantha was very well organized to execute our plan. Quick, responsive, and supported our timeline of closing in 3 weeks.
When you choose a realtor, you're not only choosing them, you're choosing their entire team, which in Samantha's case includes years of relationships that she has perfected to the T. Lenders, Inspectors, etc.
But above all that, the nicest part about working with Samantha is that she makes you feel like you're her only client. Samantha Miller is the best of the best!
